• Large plasma satellite TV located at the end of the living room, and can be raised to watch a movie or lowered to enjoy the ocean view.
• Air-conditioned master bedroom located on the upper level next to the living room in a separate building, with king-size bed, his and her closets, a massage area, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, sunken tub, and a private outdoor shower next to the heated Jacuzzi.
• 2 more bedrooms on the upper level with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower and double vanity.
• 2 bedrooms on the lower level open to a small pool and garden, with king-size beds and sofas that can convert into twin beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower.
• Deck with surround-sound stereo system and 2 pools: a large pool with swim-up bar on the upper level and a smaller pool on the lower level near the well-equipped fitness room.
• House also has WiFi, French satellite TV, parking for 3 cars and a welcome bottle of champagne and gift in each room.
• House cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, for one hour per day starting at 5 p.m.
• During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
